Can I change my delivery address or delivery date after placing an order?
Please contact us if you have any special request pertaining to delivery address or delivery date.
Delivery
On average, your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days (excluding the order day). However, please allow additional time for delivery during peak seasons due to higher courier demand.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to restricted areas such as PO box, military and protected areas, airports, ports, customs and places outside of Mainland Singapore.
Contactless Delivery
We are committed to providing a contactless delivery experience. Our drivers may leave your order at your doorstep. Our team will notify you of the approximate delivery time.
As part of this process, you will not be required to sign for your order upon receipt.
You can download a copy of your order invoice by logging into your account and viewing “My Delivered Orders.”
Delivery of Frozen items
To ensure your frozen food arrives in optimal condition, we kindly request that you promptly respond to communications from our delivery team, whether via phone call or text message.
If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we will make a second attempt. Should both attempts fail, your order will be securely placed outside the address provided at the time of ordering.

I have discovered missing/damaged items in my delivery order. What should I do?
Our sincere apologies. Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery to report your missing or damaged items. Our Customer Service Officers will respond within 48 hours.
